One of the founders of Khandekar Consultants with over 30 years of experience as an expert Architectural Design Consultant & Urban Planner. He began his architectural studies by receiving a degree in architecture from BKPS. College of Architecture, Pune and a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

Before beginning his own firm, he worked under Achyut Kanvinde for two years and this has had a great influence on his designs. His designs reflect the practical approach with grid based design methodology. He has an extensive background in all phases of project programming, planning, design and construction. His philosophy is that architecture is a game of permutations & combinations of geometry, physics and proportions.

She is also the founder of Khandekar Consultants with over 30 years of experience as an expert Architectural Design Consultant & Urban Designer. She has received a degree in architecture from VRCE, Nagpur and a Masters in Urban design from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

She worked under Kothari & Associates in Calcutta before shifting to Pune and starting the firm. Her approach to designs are extremely unprejudiced. As a result, her designs reflect great creativity and flair. Her motto is attention to detail irrespective of the scale of the project. Along with this, she also engages in teaching and has been on visiting faculty for several colleges in Pune. She is an avid reader and is also involved in the city structure committee of MCCI.
